You need a credit or debit card. I dunno if they sell credit gift cards in the U.K. but if they do you can buy one if you don't already have a credit/debit card. You do not need a paypal account to donate, you can just use your card but you have the choice of making an account as your donating.

I'm 12 i have a cas hcard all I can do is take things out of ATM's will that work?

Yeah, the thing with that was,
my school internet shuts off at midnight. I was donating at around 11:57. >_> Moreover, the school's internet is really slow, so like, when I clicked on that paypal donate button, it was trying to load for like 2 minutes. Eventually, I logged in, and then the internet shut off. -_-

Then the next morning, I came back from school to find out that the internet was not working because the technician crew was upgrading to BROADBAND. -_- So yeah. I mean, if it takes two whole minutes to load a single page, think how long it takes for other things. =-=
