And as for character smegas, i realize they're annoying, but they only seem to lag me when i was already lagging before. Those things have been spammed like crazy before with no adverse effect

They should only be used when there is no lag. Before the GMs would put a ban on anyone who would use them when the server would be lagging already due to another reason.

They should be completely removed or only given as a donation item. Preferably a high end donation.

And Smegas should only be used to buy/sell/trade stuff. Or they should cost an assload of mesos.

Summoning bags should only be obtained through events. No amount of money should allow someone to buy it. Lag = No one plays.

i agreed but actually not only the summoning bag cost lag thx to those fucker who b>so many of avatar megaphone and always spam the smega so cruze i hope u put 25m each for each megaphone and 50m for avatar smega so u can reduce the lag

A/Smegas don't cause lag!!! Why do people always think it does? There's already reasons why the server seems laggy, but it doesn't include the Smegas. I don't lag at all even with the worse of ASmeg spamming.
I think summon bags are fine, but just remove the really strong ones like HT and C.Balrogs (not really strong, just annoying). A dozen slimes never hurt anyone...
