Acc ban?Explain me

Why my account get banned? I was just staying in FM and talking, then I got D/C and I still can't log in cause of "your account is banned or blocked : check again"

Edit: I checked on main page and my account exist, so please explain me why my account is blocked?

did you scroll anything before that? some admin ordered a ban of all scrollers as it was lagging. i think it was due to that, but courtney has issued the final warning long ago.

ok, that's IP ban, cause I can't even play on new acc. Can you unban me? Cause I get banned with any reason .
