Cant get into the server

Ok, I did the whole put the files in the ms folder, but when I click the ms.exe, a lil box comes up from myfreeze.com
idk wtf is wrong, but I was just on the server, it crashed, or was restarted, I tried getting back on, and then this box started coming up...
