I have tried deleting it and re installing it and I tried going to the link in the read me but it doesn't work.

By it doesn't work, do you mean it won't install because it says it can't be installed, or that you're too lazy to refresh the page or Google Visual C++ yourself?

OMFG you idiot did you even try to google it? obviously not! Type in wzmss.dll in google and you will get a imidiat download site for it. omfg.
