I picked no because, you just don't seem like you would be responsible enough. Everyone knows you but you also tend to spam. With you as a gm, its a wild card. It would be interesting but I would like to see more productiveness from you before I think you can be a GM

I'm not a GM and people still come to me for help all the time. I get whispered alot with help requests.

As Chaotic mentioned, from the way you type and make your sentences, I feel like you're a bit immature to become a GM. Those are my thoughts, I voted no.
