Daily server restart

I think there should be a server restart daily to get the players unstuck to stop complaining(Just like me haha) It would be way more efficient then freaking waiting for 45+ accounts to be stuck...-.- and the GMs that are able to restart wnt be hated as much *cough* courtney...

My old PS had one, and the GM's would say when the restart would be, we had it hourly at 5 of the hour.

as long as GMs would announce it so we dont get rollback xD

a daily restart will be cool, but if thats going to take over the gms job, i'm not going for it. we had 1600 accounts stuck yesterday, if they're all going to wait 1 whole day before playing, that would suck.

Remember to make the server disconnect all players before restarting, or there will be a lot of abuse. (Don't ask me how it will be abused unless you are a GM or Mod, in case the restarter doesn't include disconnection.)

Just use those in game messages that say something like "The server will restart in 5 minutes. Please log off safely"
And let n00blets know that the message is serious.

or instead of waiting for the server to restart why don't you make a loginfix on the site so people won't say "My account is stuck." over and over. Or get a SummerStoryBot for in-game un-stucking But then you need 2 accounts. Best way to un-stuck a account. : D (well that is what i think)

Should be more than daily imo, probably like, quad-daily, once every 6 hours? Keeps the lag down, the stuck characters at a minimum and the maps clean of loots. Not to mention if spawns mess up on a map which they have been the last few days before I stopped playing it would definitely help there. Seems like a good idea all in all.

Also, the 2 people who voted no are gonna' wish like hell they voted yes when their character gets stuck.

I agree, but a code to let the players unstuck theirselves should be a wonderful addition.
