A little message from Vincent the Great to Cruze.

Hello there, this is Vincent, also referred to as Vincent the Great by my followers. (Har, just kidding.)

Well, I've been here for a little while, roughly one week and a half, and I've decided my calling. I've chosen to take up my life on the server as an assistant to those in need. I've been doing this for about 5 days now, or about half that if you count sleep and the major downtime we had. I feel that I could be a suitable person for this type of job, as I have developed some characteristics here that I use to the fullest extent.

• I listen to every message and whisper I receive while training/relaxing in the Free market.

• I make sure to write down people's names and their problem so that I can get to them about it.

• Those who I have helped have treated me with the respect of a benevolent lord, some stating things that I will get to later.

With all of this said, I would like to say a couple of words that may make no sense at the current time: I would like to apply to become a Game Master (Intern) for SummerStory.

Yes, I know that this server has a very large amount at the current time, but I would still like people to here me out. This is what the people who I have helped said, that I could be one of the staff, and I thought about it for days. But after much thought, I have finally decided to go through with it.

I may be one of the lesser known people here, but I feel that I could make an, at least decent Game Master, or I could end up being as popular as ChaoticFury.

Some things I would like to state are some credentials that I myself have:

• I am extremely fluent in English, and I use proper grammar 99% of the time, the other percent is to make jokes at improper speech.

• I am 1 month from the age of 17, so I am fairly developed.

•Since this is Winter Vacation for me, I spend the majority of my day on SummerStory, helping those in need.

• I've played Summer for, as I said, about a week and a half, and I've been on Retail since about 2004.

• No, I have not been a Game Master before, but I have done exactly what I am doing now, and they strongly considered me for a position.

• I am fully aware of the criticism that others may place upon this "application."

And a note to Cruze:

I do hope you take this message into full consideration. I would really like to see great things happen to this server in the future.

HI VINCENT THE GREAT!
I think you would make a pretty good GM, i have seen you in the servers and your a reasonably easy going person i hope you get the position you seek.

I think many of us would like to apply for the GM position, me included, for the same reasons or even some stronger reasons. The problem is, there is a section where you apply for the GM position, and currently, that section is closed. So, apart from donating to become a GM, I don't think that becoming a GM by application is possible right now.

Unless Cruze picks you.

Well, that too. But to be picked by Cruze, you have to somewhat know him, which I don't think is the case with most people applying. I think his reason not to be recruiting by application is because people can lie their asses off in apps.

Cruze does not like applications

Well it's understandable. Think about it. You have to read through about a million whiny little posts that say things like "I help people" and "I'm approachable" or "I'll kill your family if you don't". Even just reading through these forums and constant whine that comes out of it is annoying.
Then you actually have to reply to it under risk of people whining even more and saying "Have you read it yet?" and "CAN SOMEONE PLZ HELP ME!?!?!?"

There is no need to be arguing here, take it to the chat box or some other form of messaging lol...

I like this application of yours. In fact, if GM positions were open, I would pick you. You are a past version of me. I have done similar things as well. However, due to the fact that GM applications are closed at the moment, this is, in fact, one of the ways that you can diminish your chances of becoming a GM in the future.

In terms of criticism, I don't have any, and that is a VERY good thing. Your application? I will give it a 9.5/10.
