Cant use skills?

Does anyone have this error that this kind of music goes off and you cant use any skills for a period of time, and this error was not on pirate or whatever.

i get this thing to. I use a pot and my skills work fine again try that.

OK so i have this too now... and i fully under stand this bug.. i will write a topic on it. but to answer ur question, its related to a pirate skill called dash, or sumthing. and when ur a pirate(and didnt use maxer) it works fine however, when u skill max on another job, it bugs in and u cant use other skills. Use the potion using method untill they solve it. Ok... so, all u have to do is dont double tap left or right lol it works for me dont worry just doing until they fix it! yay solved. oh btw this only occers when u used the skill maxer

its the dash glitch, skill maxer for some reason gives everyone the pirate dash skill (double tap a direction for speed boost) However it disables other stuff from working, either cc, relog, or use a potion of any sort to fix this.
