Just play. Duh. The meso rate is like 501x. It'll take a while, but it's going to be worth it. Besides, almost everything is one meso.
Or, if you want to be a very cheap and lazy nub, you can buy the most expensive sell-back item for one meso and sell it back to the store for about 570k mesos. Of course, I would HIGHLY recommend the first choice. In fact, I URGE you to choose the first choice, for it is quicker and less boring.
