yeh i wanted to play this server cause my old one crashed but when i open it up, it goes to patcher, what did i do wrong? o.o

You need to install the summerstory client. Follow the readme for instructions on how to install it correctly.

The patcher shouldn't be patching unless you didn't replace the files in the maplestory folder with the ones in the .rar file.
