Help Required; Stuck at login screen.

i apologize if i'm not supposed to ask this here, but i'm recently registered and still trying to get the hang of this server.

Anyway, i had problems with levelling in the game, so i logged of to relog and see if it was fixed. the problem is that my comp isn't exactly top notch, so the comp froze and i had to restart it. Now, when i try relogging, i get stuck at the login screen, with the message that i am already logged in or there's a server inspection. i checked the site and there was no inspection, which means i am now stuck at log in and need some help here.

If anyone know how to fix this, or a GM/ADM could fix it, i would very much appreciate it.

i can give you a little suggestion here, but it might work for you as it is not working for other people. try logging into the game without password, in other words leaving the password field empty. try it for 10 times, and login with the password again. i do no guarantee for it to work, but it works 100% for me. its worth a try though, since it won't take you much time. if you tried, please let me know the results.

The server is just lagging a bit at the moment. You should be able to log back in after a while. (The server probably didn't d/c you yet, so you're technically still on)

having the SAME PROBLEM!!!
i just can't login and i have kept on trying and trying.
so frustrated :X if my acc is being deleted i swear i won't play summerstory anymore!

Yeah, pretty sure that doesn't work. I tried.

I had the same problem.. but now i log in and i click on the character and it gets me out of the server and says "You disconnected from the Login screen, Please try again later."

What can i do?

same fucking thing... we need a login fixer on the website, its used in other servers, it dc your account if u login on the qebsite and you request it. some1 tell cruze we need one

Having the same issue. Started hours ago haven't been able to log in since. Ughh

This issue has nothing to do with the issue everyone else is having, and a login fixer won't do anything to help. You can actually get past the login screen to the character select screen. And Cruze already knows about people wanting a website fix, so stop whining.
You issue is solved by clicking "View All Characters" on the world select screen and choosing the character there.

This issue has nothing to do with the issue everyone else is having, and a login fixer won't do anything to help. You can actually get past the login screen to the character select screen. And Cruze already knows about people wanting a website fix, so stop whining.
You issue is solved by clicking "View All Characters" on the world select screen and choosing the character there.

view all characters is only able if you manage to get past the log in screen and to the channel selection ur method is useless to these people as they can even get in to the channel sel screen -.-! btw im oso having the same prob the onli way is to w8 for a server reset which i hope will be soon

Im not going to flame you for this post seeing as i made a point of it in the Summer Story Discussion. http://74.63.216.98/information.php?page=online ~ check this link it may help. It shows that all accs are logged in. This isnt possible there is a very slim chance that every person in the summer story community is logged on and playing. This shows that every one is having the "you are already logged on" message. I would think that this is a way to block players from going into the game when there is a server inspection/its being fixed. Just relax hopefully it will be fixed.

another v62 server.. i had same prob, but they had a d/c'er so i could play...

ok, now something is definately wrong. I made several accounts to try to fix this so i could play, but...

NOW I HAVE THREE STUCK ACCOUNTS!

the instant i tried logging on to them, the log in screen froze and i had to exit the game. Then the acc. was suddenly logged in.....

What the hell is this?

I have the same problem been stuck since 11 Am This morning GMT and its now almost 9 PM

In case you didn't notice, I was helping those 2 because they COULD get past the login screen, but then got stuck at the char selection screen. Try reading the entire post...
