Stuck at login for hours..

My both seperate accounts have been stucked..At first both of dem can go in..but only until it reach the character selection ( bridge)..it makes me dc bak to the login branch.When i try it again..it says "id already log in or the server is under inspection".I waited for several hours..and realise the smae thing happen again.Is there anyway to unstuck me please.Or a sever restart.Really need yr kind understanding.Apologies.I am sure many other ppl has occured the smae problem too.I love summerstory and i hope you guys cna do a good job into running summerstory well to gain ppl needs,trust,help as well as preferences into consideration.This will henceforth allow more ppl..more voting etc.

I would appreciate if u could adress my concerns and i look foward to your favourable reply.

There will probably be a server restart sometime today, as Cruze said he would be back from his vacation on Monday (which is today where he lives)
