Home
To start off, you need to download the SummerStory client. Extract it and drag the folders to your MapleStory v.62 version. After that, simply click the 'MapleStory' icon and tadaa, you're playing.

1.The Beginning
As you create your character, click on Sera who will be right next to you. Choose the class you want to become and she'll give you a starter package. The starter package consists of 1,000,000 mesos, a Zakum Helmet (1), a Pink Adventurer Cape and some weapons, depending on which job you chose. Complete the training area if you'd like to, just be sure not to overlevel. Cody in Free Market will give you your first job advancement. You can easily warp to Free Market by pressing the 'Trade' button on your user interface.
2.NPC List
Below is a list of NPCs (Non Playable Characters) that will help you throughout your staying at SummerMS.

Cody
Does job advancements all the way from 1st job to the 4th job. Cody is in FM right next to the entrance portal. It's like impossible to miss him.
Spinel
She is the world warper. She can take you anywhere you want to for a small amount of mesos.
Honorable Rock
Has a list of Game Masters incorporated. It'll give you an idea of who is who and what their position on this server is.
Treasure Chest
Changes sex for some mesos. If you feel like changing to the opposite sex, feel free to visit this NPC.
Spindle
Used to sell NX, the script for that NPC is broken at the moment as he didn't give you NX when you paid him. Hopefully he'll be back up in some days.
KIN and NimaKIN
Male and Female beauty parlour NPCs respectively. Talk to them to change your looks.
Mr. Oh
Our famous all-in-one seller. If you're looking for something, Mr. Oh has it. He sells almost everything for 1 meso. Some other things might be more than 1 meso, but it's for the server's good. Mr. Oh is also selling NX while Spindle is broken.
Amos The Strong
Boss warper. he warps you to boss maps for some mesos.
Coco
Fame seller. Self explanatory.
Meteorite
Trades your mesos for Sunblocks. Sunblocks are worth 1,000,000,000 mesos each, it's the NPC that keeps our Sunblock Economical System alive.
Denma
This plastic surgeon can reset your stats. Talk to him if you feel like you messed up. x]
Mr. Kim
He's our skill maxer. Need I say more?
3.Tips/Bugs
Untill further notice, scrolling is NOT allowed. Please refrain yourself from scrolling as it apparently damages the server. Untill the problems SummerStory is going through are fixed, no one is allowed to scroll, being at risk you getting banned.
If you ever run low on mesos, worry not. Mr. Oh is there to help you. Since Mr. Oh sells stuff for 1 meso, and 1 meso only, you can easily buy stuff for 1 meso and sell them back for more! A good item to work with are Timeless Carabellas, which you can buy for 1 meso under the Timeless Equips section, and sell back for 680,000 mesos. Easy no?
If you're a Pirate and want to max your skills, level up and use your gained SP. Mr. Kim is there for a reason, yes, but apparently, he tends to bug the Pirate class, freezing you some levels after you used him, meaning you'll be stuck at 99.98% no matter how much EXP you gain. So Pirates, please do NOT use Mr. Kim.
To all the newcomers and older players out there, our player commands are currently NOT WORKING. Typing in any commands that you might know like @dispose, @save, @*stats* *number* is completely USELESS! It will do absolutely nothing, so don't bother typing them.
After changing sexes, please relog. If you change sexes two times in a row will apparently make you BISSEXUAL, meaning that you'll have to wear opposite sex clothes, for example, if you're a female, you can only wear male clothing, and vice versa.
