Any Dev/GM/Admin PLEASE read. Suggestion for summerstory. HOW TO CUT DOWN LAG!

First of all this server is great, its the best i have ever played, but it could be better if you please consider my request.
As most people who visit the forums regularly would know, Scrolling is not legit in summer story (this is a good idea). How ever not every one knows this. This may be posted somewhere in the forums but newbies don't look at forums they just download the game, register and launch. These "newbies" are ignorant of the fact that scrolling is bannable so they just go ahead and scroll and lag up the server and make godly items. 80% of the newbies that do this are caught in the FM or told off by other players. Maybe about 20% (the people who keep contributing to lag) scroll else where for some unknown reason. No1 finds them and they are free to benefit from their scrolled equips and lag up the server. These people may never be caught although their intentions towards the server are good. Those who have been banned (most of them) have been banned due to not knowing that scrolling is illegal, therefor they complain that they were unfairly banned and blah blah they screw up the forums spamming and eventually some GM has to apologize for the "unfair" but "fair" ban.
Secondly this is kinda the same concept-people are spamming in game "Why is my EXP stuck? Please help!@@@@". This is due to pirates getting their skills maxed and the exp gets stuck (GMs/Admin/Devs know the story better than I do).
Both these problems could EASILY be solved through warning players on the top of the screen (yes, where the yellow sentence appears) that scrolling is bannable and pirates should not use the skill maxer. I'm sure that EVERYONE can benefit from from this as less people will complain from unfair bans, less lag, less excuses from banning, less stressed GMs, less smeg banning. Please consider this ANY GM/DEV/ADMIN I'm sure that this isn't a very big ask!

I do believe this has been covered in several threads. If someone can't take the time to read the forums then they deserve a ban, also there has been a severe lack of notices posted within the in-game to show players that scrolling is a "bannable" offence. It's a lack of effort on both the player and the GM sides.

Also, would like to add that the scroll shop was removed, as were pirate scrolls, also, the whole exp bug when you max skill as a pirate has already been addressed several times.

EDIT : Would also like to add I fail to see how warning players about an exp bug and a scroll shop that doesn't exist can cut down on lag. It seems everyone wants to repeat the same stuff over and over, double-threading just pisses people who moderate forums off. Hence why I made a topic.

Hey how bout you sum up your actual debate against mine? All of what you said was a repeated version of mine. You asked "how can this help cut down on lag?". Well kid maybe you should either pull out the old dictionary or go to www.dictionary.com as it is obvious you cant fucking READ. If you try to rebut someone make it worthwhile. Go back in your little sand box and when your done playing you can maybe think up some valid points against mine. There are no constant reminders in game of the glitches and bannable scrolling. And YES there are several posts and threads containing this information but i did say MOST NEWBIES DO NOT GO ON FORUMS therefore it should be posted in game on the top yellow line. Do you understand that or do you want me to draw you a picture? Obviously you should stop posting all together and delete maple from your computer until you can tick that box that says "i am 13 years or older". Between you and me we both know you only posted this for the sake of getting posts.

I can not disagree with anything you are saying. Everything is true in that paragraph. Especially the "Why is my EXP stuck? Please help!@@@@". I think that players, (talking more towards new players) should simply read the scrolling notice. It has everything you mentioned in it (i think and more). It's just the fact that people can't get off their lazy *** and read the notice. It won't kill them but like you said, "newbies don't look at forums they just download the game, register and launch. They are already sitting on their butt all day... they are ignorant... and they are too lazy to move their eyes and read the yellow message at the top of the screen which usually has information about the server.

the big problem is many people who start playing the server don't bother reading the forums or really paying attention at all. Some people are just too immature to do things for themselves.
